To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tridenforge Innovations Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• The content generated by any chatbot created using our Service (users are solely responsible for reviewing and vetting chatbot outputs);
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We assume no responsibility for the legal compliance of your chatbots with regulations applicable to your specific industry or location (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our Service complies with all applicable laws.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not offer refunds (prorated or otherwise) for cancellations, partial months, or unused service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing, plans, and usage limits at any time.

• Monthly Plans: Prices and limits for monthly subscriptions are subject to change with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes agreement to the new pricing.
• Yearly Plans: Pricing is locked for the duration of the pre-paid term. Renewals will be charged at the then-current rate.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or disseminate illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
